India: Kerala Tour Packages – 9D Days / 8N Nights

Accommodations:

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

• 25% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking
• 50% payment to be made 60 days prior to date of travel
• Balance payment to be made 45 days prior to date of travel
• Cancelation 60 days or greater, 25% of tour cost, cancelation fee
• Cancellation within 59-45 days cancellation charge will be 50% of tour cost.
• Cancellation within 44 days cancellation charge or no show will be 100% of tour cost.
• There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of the services cancelled or unused for any reasons including medical or otherwise.  This clause overrules any commitment made by any supplier participating in the program directly with the client or the Travel Agent/Tour Operator.

Important Notes & Terms for Hotel Bookings:

• • Local Taxes
    Any local tax, city tax, or tourism fee must be paid directly by the guest at the time of check-in or check-out.
    These charges are mandatory and not included in the quoted rates.
  • Availability
    No booking or room blockage has been made yet. Availability will be rechecked at the time of booking confirmation.
    A quotation does not guarantee room availability at the time of booking.
  • Rates & Validity
    The quoted rates are valid only at the time of quotation.
    Prices are subject to change without prior notice by the hotel.
  • Breakfast Menu
    The breakfast menu differs from hotel to hotel.
  • Room Configuration
    Bedding configuration (Twin/Double) is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon check-in.
    A Triple Room may consist of an extra bed, rollaway bed, or mattress.
  • Check-in / Check-out Timings
    Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs or 15:00 hrs
    Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs
    (Timings may vary from hotel to hotel.)
  • Special Requests
    Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, twin/double beds, interconnecting rooms, rooms on the same floor, special decorations, Jain meals, etc., are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
    For special preferences (e.g., room with a view, higher floors, or spacious rooms), guests are advised to book a higher room category or suite.
  • Hotel / Room Category Changes
    Under unavoidable circumstances, the hotel or room category may change based on availability.
    A similar or substitute hotel will be offered wherever possible.
    If a similar category is unavailable, the quotation will be revised accordingly.
    Costing is based on base category rooms only.
  • Hotel Location
    Hotels may be located 20–25 minutes away from the main city center.
  • Guest Responsibility
    Guests are advised to review hotel photos and guest reviews before final confirmation.
    JAYA Travel will not be responsible if special requests are not honored by the hotel at check-in.
