8:00 PM dinner at the Main Dining Hall, Deck # 4, look for the reserved Sky Bird signs on the tables, that is our designated area

Day 2: Saturday, September 3, 2022

Breakfast & lunch at Windjammer and Main Dining Room are included in cruise fares
Explore the day in CocoCay 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Things To Do In CocoCay
Anniversary Staff Appreciation Party 5:30 PM sharp – 7:00 PM at Star Lounge, Forward on Deck #5
1. 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM Cocktails/family photos will be taken
2. 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Staff Appreciation Party
3. 8:00 PM dinner to follow at Sky Bird designated area – limited Indian vegetarian meals will be available
4. All employees must attend
5. Families are invited
6. Semi Formal/Business attire –
  1. Men in suits & ties, ladies in pantsuits, dresses, Indian attire & or saree

Day 3: Sunday, September 4, 2022

Breakfast & lunch at Windjammer and Main Dining Room are included in cruise fares
Mandatory Sales Team Training 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM at Main Theater, Forward on Deck # 3
1. All sales team members from Sky Bird Travel, Jaya Travel, and Sky Vacations must attend
Explore the day in Nassau 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8:00 PM dinner at Sky Bird designated area – limited Indian vegetarian meals will be available

Day 4: Monday, September 5, 2022

Arrive in Miami at 6:00 AM

Transportation:
1. You will need to arrange your own transfer
2. A maximum of ONE transfer per family will be reimbursed from the airport to the port, and back from the port to the airport
3. Share the ride if possible
4. Go to the Taxi/Uber stand at the airport

6. Submit payment receipt to managers for reimbursement
